PSG great Rai insists Neymar has no need to leave Paris to fulful his ambitions.

Neymar is being linked with a return to Barcelona, but Rai says his fellow Brazilian can win the Champions League as a PSG player.

Sao Paulo chief Rai told RFI: "If this club wins the Champions League, it's easier.

"He has the potential to become world number 1, he has incredible technical qualities but in football, you don't win anything alone.

"If the team grows, Neymar will be bigger."
