Real Madrid goalkeeper Luca Zidane is wanted by Segunda Division Racing Santander.

Marca says father and Real coach Zinedine Zidane spent some time on holiday in the northern city and is believed to be pleased with what he saw.

The goalkeeper has just one year left on his contract, so the logical process would be for him to renew his Real Madrid deal and then leave on a one-year loan.

So long as Luca has minutes at whatever club he goes to, Los Blancos are prepared to pay the majority or most of the player's wages.

Luca also is fielding interest from France.
