Racing Santander have dismissed coach Juan Carlos Mandia.
The board made the decision after defeat to Athletic Bilbao and Mandia was shown the door yesterday.
Racing sports director Juanjo Gonzalez will take charge of the team for tomorrow's Copa del Rey tie with Salamanca.
