RacingGenk chief Dirk Degraen is refusing to bite over Chelsea's pursuit of star duo Kevin de Bruyne and Thibaut Courtois.
Goalkeeper Courtois admitted this week that Chelsea want to sign him.
But a frustrated Degraen would only say: "I will not respond.
"I have done so last Friday in connection with rumors about Kevin De Bruyne because it has been doing the rounds for six months.
"That does not mean my way of communicating about such matters in future is going to change."
