Queen's Park due windfall from Hull Robertson deal

Queen's Park are due a windfall from Hull City's swoop for Dundee United fullback Andrew Robertson.

The Hull Daily Mail says the Tigers will sign Robertson for a fee rising to £3 million.

When he left Queen's Park for Dundee United, they refused to pay the Amateurs' asking price of £15,000 and chairman Stephen Thompson instead insisted on a sell-on fee.

Now the move has taken an ironic twist, with Thompson having to hand over considerably more following his rapid rise into a Scotland international and Premier League star to be.
