Quartet of Columbus Crew players head to Dayton Dutch Lions

A foursome of Columbus Crew players have joined USL PRO affiliate Dayton Dutch Lions on loan.

According to the Columbus Dispatch, forward Ryan Finley, midfielder/defender Kevan George and rookies Ross Friedman and Matt Walker have all pitched up with Dayton.

The Crew partnered with the Dutch Lions during the 2014 MLS offseason enabling them to send four players to the third tier side.

Finley made 14 appearances for the Crew last season after being selected with pick nine in the 2013 MLS SuperDraft, George has 18 Crew outings to his name over two seasons while Friedman and Walker were both signed to Homegrown Player contracts recently.
