Fabio Quagliarella admits he is delighted to now be a Juventus player.

Quagliarella scored on his home debut in Serie A, but admits it will take time for Juventus' new recruits to settle in.

Interviewed on the Juventus Channel, he said: "It's a exceptional group here. There are new players with the desire to put themselves on show and do well, even if many of them are already well known.

"The mister knows what he wants. We must be clever at absorbing his ideas as soon as possible.

"Arriving at a top club for any player is an immense satisfaction. Being followed by such an important club is a great satisfaction and I hope to give a lot of satisfaction also to Juventus.

"Personally this adventure has started well. I cared a lot about it. I cared about starting the season in the best of ways in front of our fans."
