Tom Carroll will consider all of his options at the end of the season, but ideally the England U21 international would like a return to Tottenham. The 21 year old is currently taking in a loan spell at QPR and will remain with the Sky Bet Championship club until the 2013/14 campaign comes to a close.
He said in the Fulham Chronicle: "I want to make it at Tottenham, that's my main aim.
"I've been there since I was eight so it's obviously a club close to my heart.
"I'm contracted at Spurs and it's down to the two clubs to talk.
"QPR's a great club and I've enjoyed my time here, so we'll see what happens."
