QPR fullback Armand Traore says their Portugal training camp has been great for morale.

Traore and the rest of his team-mates also discovered just how much of a joker striker Bobby Zamora is at the team hotel.

He said: "Bobby is very funny and added to the relaxed atmosphere when weren't focused on the pitch.

"We sometimes don't even eat together after we train back home. Some players want to leave early, so being around each other all the time has been a great help. You end up talking to players you might not mix with normally - and that's good."
