QPR boss John Gregory is looking forward to working with Hogan Ephraim after signing the West Ham United teenager on a one-month loan deal.
The 19-year-old, who impressed while on loan at Colchester United last term, has made only one-first team appearance for the Hammers.
Gregory told the club's official website: "Hogan is technically a very gifted player and he has the versatility to play on the right or the left of midfield - or even up-front.
"He's got very quick feet and is able to be very creative with the ball at his feet.''
