QPR boss Mark Hughes insists Jamie Mackie and Tommy Smith will not leave on-loan.
Hughes says he is not prepared to allow either to go elsewhere - even if their first-team chances are limited.
"They'll be in the 25 and there's no sense at all in them going out. It won't happen," said Hughes.
