Puncheon features as Pafos defeat Brentford B

Brentford B were beaten in their first match of the Korantina Homes Cup 5-1 by Pafos FC on Saturday.

The young Bees came up against a vastly experienced Pafos side with the likes of former Crystal Palace midfielder Jason Puncheon often dictating things from midfield for the Cypriot team.

Brentford B conceded four goals before halftime, with the Bees getting on the scoresheet 20 minutes from time when Nathan Young-Coombes scored from the spot.

The Bees also have two trialists in the squad in Cyprus.
