Stoke City boss Tony Pulis insists the club are searching extensively for reinforcements before the window closes. The Potters have been busy in the transfer market this summer with the big-name addition of Kenwyne Jones from Sunderland.
However, Stoke's chief is not looking to splash the cash for the fun of things, insisting any arrival must be of the right character.
"We are still searching high and low to bring in other players before the end of the deadline," he confirmed.
"They need to have not only the character to improve us but also have the mentality to join and be part of the group."
