PSV Eindhoven striker Ola Toivonen has again spoken of turning down Norwich City.
The Canaries had a bid for the Swede accepted by PSV, but the striker refused to make the move.
"The clubs were happy with the agreement, but I did not get what I wanted," Toivonen explained.
"My family and I have been in the Netherlands for a long time and I'm happy here. If I do not get what I want, I'm not going anywhere."
