PSV Eindhoven star Ibrahim Afellay admits he dreams of playing for Manchester United or Liverpool.

The Dutchman is wanted by Atletico Madrid and Arsenal.

But the 24-year-old attacking midfielder said: "Playing in the Premier League would be best for my prestige. I'd like to play for Liverpool or Manchester United , the top-level prospect for any player."

Afellay was the star of the show in Holland's 4-1 win against Sweden on Tuesday, scoring twice and grabbing an assist.
