PSV Eindhoven will sign permanently on-loan winger Andres Guardado from Valencia.
The Mexico captain joined PSV on a season-long loan last August and has helped the Dutch outfit open up an eight-point lead at the top of the Eredivisie.
A statement added "There is a three-year contract until 2018 ready for him. PSV will pay a transfer fee to the side currently third in the Spanish league."
