Marco van Ginkel is still a target for PSV Eindhoven.

The Chelsea midfielder spent the second half of last season on loan with the Eredivisie club, making 15 appearances.

The Dutchman is desperate to leave London to return to his homeland.

Van Ginkel has made just 4 appearances in four years for the Blues, having spent time on loan at PSV, Stoke and AC Milan.

However, Chelsea are still interested in his development and are in discussion whether they will let the 24-year old leave.
