PSV legend Willy van de Kerkhofhas has claimed Cody Gakpo is ready for the Premier League and would be worth €50m.

The 22-year-old has been strongly linked with Liverpool and Arsenal in recent weeks.

He told Dutch outlet Voetbal Primeur: "Gakpo has hit the ceiling at PSV, but he has also not been injured with the Netherlands squad.

"As I said, top players should play as much football as possible because then they can show their qualities.

"I think Gakpo can certainly succeed in England, but I also find Bayern a good club for him. [His worth] that's very simple, €50m.

"He is definitely worth it."
