PSV in advanced talks to sign Brighton midfielder Propper

PSV Eindhoven are ready to raid the Premier League a second time in a matter of days.

After Chelsea and PSV confirmed Marco van Ginkel would be joining the Eredivisie giants permanently when his Blues deal expires at the end of the month, it's emerged Davy Propper is also of interest.

Eindhovens Dagblad reports PSV chief John de Jong is now in advanced talks with Brighton to sign Propper. There's a confidence Brighton will significantly cut their original €10m price.

Propper is a former PSV player, having spent two years in Eindhoven before his move to Falmer stadium.
