PSV Eindhoven are targeting Wolves fullback Ki-Jana Hoever.

The Dutchman has been made available by Wolves for loan this summer.

And a return to Holland has been tipped for the former Ajax junior.

Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports Hoever is wanted by PSV for the new season.
