PSV Eindhoven chief Marcel Brands is pushing Chelsea to make a decision about Marco van Ginkel this week.

Brands is eager to secure the midfielder to another loan deal after last season's success, convinced the Dutchman has little prospects at Chelsea.

PSV will kickoff their Europa League campaign on July 27 and management want Van Ginkel available for the qualifier.

"Marco wants to return. We'll do everything to do it quickly so we can be together again," said Brands.

Last season, Van Ginkel played 31 games, scoring 15 goals and making five assists.
