PSV Eindhoven chief Marcel Brands admits they're waiting for Chelsea to make a decision over Marco van Ginkel.

The Holland midfielder has spent the past two seasons on-loan at PSV and Brands admits they're keen to bring him back to the Eredivisie for another season.

"We are working on it and trying to get Marco on board well before the Europa League matches start," Brands told Eindhoven Dagblad.

"He wants to be here, but we depend on Chelsea."

Van Ginkel, 24, is starting preseason with Chelsea.
