PSV Eindhoven chief Marcel Brands admits they made an attempt to sign Manchester City fullback Angelino last month.

The Spaniard is impressing on-loan at NAC Breda this season and Brands wanted to take him to PSV in January.

"He is an interesting player, but who is no longer feasible for PSV," Brands told De Tafel van Kees. "I was informed by Manchester City of their position and they expect the player to be worth between ten and fifteen million euros."

Angelino has played 25 games for NAC this season, becoming an ever present with the Eredivisie outfit.
