PSG striker Edinson Cavani has agreed a move to Atletico Madrid, it has been revealed.

El Larguero says the Uruguay international has given his approval to the move after falling out with PSG coach Thomas Tuchel.

For the moment, any move will depend on Atletico selling Diego Costa.

While coach Diego Simeone would be reluctant to lose Costa, many on the board are eager to see him sold. A route to China remains open for the Spain international.

And should Costa leave, Cavani has been assured he would be the first choice to replace him.
