Paris Saint-Germain are believed to be preparing a surprise bid for Daniel Sturridge.
According to the Daily Mail, a delegation from the French giants are planning to travel to England to speak with the Liverpool striker next week.
It is believed that the PSG chiefs will watch the Reds star in action for England in their friendly with Holland at Wembley on Tuesday before holding talks with the 26-year-old.
PSG boss Laurent Blanc is bracing for the summer exits of key attackers Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Edinson Cavani, and if both of those players are to leave, he will reportedly make a move for Sturridge.
Sturridge is open to an Anfield departure and could be lured to the French capital if the Ligue 1 champions make a serious bid to the Merseyside club which would need to be in the region of £45million to land the signature of the former Manchester City and Chelsea man.
