PSG must sell if they're to satisfy Mauricio Pochettino's wish to take Dele Alli off Tottenham's hands.
The former Tottenham manager is expected to be soon confirmed as Thomas Tuchel's replacement at PSG.
And Alli is a top January target for Pochettino.
PSG are keen to close a deal with Spurs, but need to offload several fringe players first to fund the deal, says Le 10 Sport.
Julian Draxler, Idrissa Gueye and Leandro Paredes will all be encouraged to leave in order to make room for Alli and possibly former Spurs teammate Christian Eriksen, currently transfer-listed by Inter Milan.
