PSG midfielder Marco Verratti says coach Thomas Tuchel's preparation was key to their Champions League win at Manchester United.

Verratti was outstanding for the 2-0 win at Old Trafford.

He said, "How do I explain the victory to Manchester United? We had prepared for this game and we played well on the field, the coach did a great job, he simplified the efforts of everyone.

"We knew where they could be hurt and what their strengths were. We have shown a great personality, playing Old Trafford is never easy. We controlled the meeting, but it's not over, there's still 90 minutes."
