PSG midfielder Ander Herrera rejects Tottenham offer

PSG midfielder Ander Herrera has turned down a move to Tottenham.

Herrera has ruled out a move to Tottenham as part of a swap deal involving Tanguy Ndombele because he is happy at PSG and would only return to England to play for Manchester United.

Spurs have been locked in talks with PSG over a potential loan move for Ndombele, who has fallen out of favour in north London this season.

The Athletic reports while a loan switch to PSG initially looked likely, Spurs have failed with an attempt to include Herrera as part of the deal.

The Premier League side wanted to bring Herrera, who previously spent five years at Man United, in the opposite direction back to England just 31 months after he departed Old Trafford.

But unfortunately for Conte and co, the 32-year-old midfielder is understood to be completely happy in Paris, where he has featured 25 times under Mauricio Pochettino this season.
