PSG have tabled a bid for QPR star Adel Taarabt.
talkSPORT says PSG have made a £10m bid for the current Championship player of the season.
The midfielder has talked up the prospect of him moving to Chelsea or Arsenal this summer.
And Taarabt has also made it no secret he isn't interested in a return to France at this stage in his career.
