PSG goalkeeper Sergio Rico is in hospital after suffering a head injury in a riding accident.

Rico fell from a horse on Sunday in the village of El Rocío, reports Efe.

The former Sevilla keeper was on the bench for PSG on Saturday against Strasbourg before returning to Spain.

He was taken to the Virgen del Rocío hospital in Seville and is now under observation.
