PSG coach Mauricio Pochettino insists hat-trick hero Kylian Mbappe is happy where he is.

Mbappe scored three goals as PSG thrashed Barcelona 4-1 in Spain for the first-leg of their Champions League round 16 tie.

Asked about Real Madrid rumours, Pochettino said: "The Real Madrid supporters who are on Twitter? Of course, I think that no one finds out today but Kylian is a top player in the world, a very great player and he is very happy within our club.

"The clubs that follow him? It's something normal. For top world-class players like him, the rumours live up to their quality. What is certain is that he is happy in Paris and I have said that before. So we stay calm, we continue to work and the most important for about 40 days remains how our technical level is, that we are all moving forward together and that we find the best way to achieve the club's goals.

"And there is plenty to do!"
