Preston North End hope to strengthen their team with two Manchester City signings.
Preston want Manchester City's Michael Johnson and Alex Nimely-Tchuimeni on loan.
City midfielder Johnson, 22, is also wanted by Leeds.
Liberian striker Nimely-Tchuimeni, 19, is highly-regarded at Eastlands.
