QPR striker Leon Clarke looks set to join Preston North End on loan for the remainder of the season.
The 25-year old has managed just two league starts this season for a total of 13 appearances under Neil Warnock and has been linked with a move away from Loftus Road for a few weeks now.
It seems as though he will end up at Deepdale where Phil Brown is striving to get the Lilywhites off the bottom of the Championship table.
