Manchester United eased to a 4-0 success at Wigan and kept their seven point lead at the top of the Premiership. A brace from Javier Hernandez and Robin van Persie ensured the win as the visitor's went in at the break with a two goal advantage.
Hernandez opened the scoring with the Dutchman doubling United's advantage just before the interval with a brilliant effort.
After half-time the Mexican international lashed home Van Persie's deflected free-kick before van Persie turned in Danny Welbeck's low cross.
For Wigan though they remain one point above the relegation places.
Dimitar Berbatov and Alex Kacaniklic scored as Fulham claimed just their second away win of the season and their first in six league visits to West Bromwich Albion.
Berbatov put the Cottagers before Romelu Lukaku equalised just after the break.
