Released Juventus defender Martin Caceres is ready to move to the Premier League.

The People says the 29-year-old centre-half or full-back is a free agent and has several offers pending, with West Brom, Southampton, Sunderland and Swansea all having registered an interest.

Chelsea have been linked strongly with the defender, given his previous relationship with Blues' ex-Juve boss Antonio Conte, but the Londoners are not among his options.

Caceres is allowed to sign outside the window because he is unattached.
