Premier League clubs are set to meet regarding the continuation of the existing league season.
Clubs are attempting to figure out how they can hold the remaining games to ensure the league is completed in the summer.
The Guardian claims the clubs are trying to get a commitment from everyone to finish the season before the start of July.
They are unlikely to finish all the league games that are left in such a short time frame, as players have not even begun training with their teams.
One of the issues is contract expiries for players whose deals end this season.
It would be difficult to get those players to remain on board for games beyond June 30th.
Any decision must be approved by at least 14 of the 20 clubs, but the league would like a unanimous decision.
Most teams have nine games left, while others have ten.
