Postecoglou confident Brisbane Roar can keep Paartalu

Brisbane Roar coach Ange Postecoglou is confident they can keep hold of midfield powerhouse Erik Paartalu.

The former Greenock Morton midfielder has been a revelation in his first season in the A-League - but is being linked with a move away from the champions-elect.

"There are no offers on the table for Erik," Postecoglou told the Brisbane Courier. "I really think he's happy to stay and sees his football development here first."

Meanwhile, Brisbane must put together a deal for Jean Carlos Solorzano if they want to sign him permanently.

The Costa Rican is on-loan from LD Alajuelense, which are demanding a bumper fee from Brisbane to buy the striker outright.
