With the European decider against Sevilla taking place in Basel on Wednesday night, it is widely believed that Liverpool will be taking it easy during the final Premier League game of the season at Albion on Sunday.
However, Reds goalkeeper Mignolet has gone on to quash such a notion and has stated that Jurgen Klopp's side will look for a good performance this weekend as it could serve as the ideal preparation for the Europa League final a couple of days later.
Mignolet said: "We want to go into the final with confidence and we can do that by putting in a good performance at West Brom on Sunday. We can still finish sixth.
"Sevilla are a good side with a lot of experience in this competition. It's going to be tough but we don't want to be sitting in the dressing room or on the coach afterwards having lost another final. We'll put in the best performance we can."
