Tiago is confident Atletico Madrid will strike terms with Juventus over a permanent deal for him.
The Portugal midfielder was regarded as the best player on the pitch yesterday in their 7-0 thrashing of North Korea.
Afterwards, Tiago remarked: "Atletico and Juve are negotiating for me. I will simply repeat what I told you the other day, that the whole issue is in the hands of my manager Jorge Mendes and the leaders of Atleti.
"They already know I want to stay in Madrid, I have always said that I am very happy at Atletico and with the Atleti.
"Also, I have a great relationship with my colleagues. What else do I need?"
The former Chelsea midfielder added: "I am very calm because I know that Atletico will fight for me to stay."
