Abu Dhabi billionaire Sulaiman Al Fahim is finally set to complete his takeover of Portsmouth in the next few weeks, according to reports in the Middle East. Al Fahim is expected to meet with fans at the Portsmouth Football Supporters Club in London on 11th July when he will outline his plans for the club.

The 32-year-old has said that negotiations are 'in process' but it is believed that Al Fahim is hopeful that a deal could be concluded by early July.
