Portsmouth striker Gary Roberts says FA Cup opponents Bournemouth are a lower league inspiration.
He believes Eddie Howe's men are a beacon for all lower league teams.
Roberts said: “They have a fantastic manager in Eddie Howe. He's young and done a great job up to now. He's done exceptional and he's stuck to his beliefs playing football.
“Everyone who has aspirations to get to the top have to look at teams like Bournemouth.
“They've done it the right way, passing the ball all the way up and fair play to them. Hopefully we can give them a good game."
