Portsmouth captain Aaron Mokoena has confirmed he is set to sign a new deal with the club. A deal has been reached, with 29-year-old Mokoena who is poised to put pen to paper on a reported three-year contract.
The South African defender told The News: "I've made my decision I want to stay.
"I just want to be loyal, which is what I always do.
"I'm loving it here. The people are so genuine and the fans are just fantastic.
"It is 99-per-cent done. The personal stuff is all sorted - I'm just waiting now for the chief executive to sign it off."
