Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho might try to sign FC Porto starlet Ruben Neves during the January transfer window, HITC Sport understands.

The 18-year-old plays as a defensive midfielder and excels in passing and playmaking abilities.

It is believed that Mourinho may look to raid his former club for the Portugal U21 international in the winter transfer window.

Neves, who is a product of the youth system at the Estadio do Dragao, has already featured in 24 league games for the Portuguese club and has scored one league goal.
