Polish Federation president Zibi Boniek is demanding Napoli find a solution for Arek Milik.
Not registered for the first-half of the season by Azzurri, Milik is struggling to secure a move away this month.
Boniek admits Milik risks missing the Euros unless the situation changes.
"If he stays in Naples even after the January transfer market, I think it's normal that he can't participate in the Euros with Poland," said Boniek on Radio Kiss Kiss.
"It's a situation that surprises me and I understand Napoli, which has helped the player a lot."
