Manchester United star Paul Pogba was absent from training on Wednesday, with reports stating his girlfriend had given birth this week.

The Frenchman has been in outstanding form since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer replaced Jose Mourinho as manager last month.

But the 25-year-old was nowhere to be seen at Carrington on Wednesday.

Ironically, Nemanja Matic was absent from training because his wife also gave birth this week.
