Tottenham are ahead of Manchester United in the race to land young Fulham fullback Ryan Sessegnon.
The 17-year-old is recognised as one of the most promising youngsters in the English game, impressing for Fulham in a number of positions this season.
But it is unclear where he will end up in the summer, given the amount of interest in his signature.
The Times claim that United would like to add him to the senior team as a left back with Luke Shaw, Matteo Darmian and Daley Blind all set to depart this summer.
But they also believe that Spurs are ahead of him in the race, given the propensity of their manager Mauricio Pochettino to develop young players.
