Mauricio Pochettino is set to be confirmed new Chelsea manager over the next 24 hours.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano is reporting Pochettino will start work next week.

The Argentine has agreed a deal to 2026 and his appointment is set to be confirmed imminently.

Chelsea have delayed any announcement out of respect to caretaker manager Frank Lampard.

Pochettino goes to Chelsea as a free agent, having been sacked by PSG a year ago.
