Mauricio Pochettino is planning to make Harry Winks one of his key Tottenham players.
The midfielder, 23, signed a five-year extension with Spurs on Monday.
The new deal has made Winks one of the club's top earners.
Pochettino now wants Winks to become his midfielder leader, according to the Daily Mail.
The Argentine also wants Winks' England teammates Harry Kane and Dele Alli as central pillars to his team.
