Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino is happy for the players to hold meetings to sort out their form problems.
Skipper Younes Kaboul blasted Tottenham for lacking courage after their second-half meltdown against Newcastle United and TV pundits have since accused of having no leaders.
Pochettino wants his skipper to lead the inquest - as Spurs try to bounce back in the Capital One Cup against Brighton tonight.
He said: "Yes. In my career always, when I was a player, we had a lot of meetings, just the players, for good and bad things.
"Always they can improve in their own meetings. They can say things among themselves that they cannot say to us."
