Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino was in Spain this weekend on a scouting mission.

The Daily Mail says Pochettino and his coaching staff were in the stands as Espanyol drew 1-1 with Athletic Bilbao on Sunday.

Tottenham are in Barcelona until Wednesday for a warm weather training camp and Pochettino took the opportunity to take in a game while there.

Tottenham remain open to bringing in a couple of players this window.

In action for Bilbao on the day was defender Aymeric Laporte, while former Spurs goalkeeper Pau Lopez was between the posts for Espanyol.
